Evelyn Davison is affectionately known to all as The Love Lady. Demonstrating an intense love of life, she inspires all she meets with her abundant and infectious love.
A native Texan, Evelyn was born at the back door of Cut-N-Shoot, Texas. She rose to national acclaim when named a Woman of Excellence for the 90's in recognition of her years of work with international students, civic organizations, bible studies, Operation Warm Heart and the Salvation Army.
She was named America's Honorary Prayer Coordinator for 2006-07, and was honored by President Bush at a White House breakfast. Evelyn and her husband Van, serve as Central Texas Coordinators for the National Day of Prayer Task Force. She plans the Governor's annual Prayer Breakfast, State Capitol events and other prayer events throughout Texas.
